FAQs

Where will the event take place?

Luna Trail will take place at Eridge Park in Kent

Luna Trail 2025 is confirmed to take place on 4-6 July.

Entry fees are the same for all three Challenges at Luna, and charged per runner. The current entry fee is £85. Join the community by registering your interest to receive £10 off your entry fee.

This is completely up to the Team's Captain. We will accept team entries from a solo runner to teams up to ten people. If your Captain decides it's a team of four then it's their decision. If they decide to allow someone to join at the last minute - their call. We will be asking you to declare team size when you arrive at check-in. This way if a runner drops out last minute your team is not impacted. The entry fee paid is dictated by the number of teammates who sign-up, not by the team size chosen at registration.

We believe it's important to have a memory of your amazing achievement and experience. We will be offering a medal and T-shirt to each runner as standard. If someone wishes to not receive these items an option not to do so will be included.

Camping on one night will be included in the entry. Camping overnight on the Friday before the running starts is highly recommended to ensure you have an easy Saturday morning, and so you can enjoy the incredible location. Friends and family can also stay and we will be releasing a spectator pass so the other members of your team don't miss out on this special event.

Friends and family are very welcome at Luna Relay. We are offering a spectator pass to those that want to join you over the event weekend. Children under 11 go free.

Our routes that take in stunning grassland meadows, steep and challenging climbs and twisty, turney, beautiful woodland single tracks. This will not be an event to improve your 10km PB but you will be caught up with where you are running, and not how far you've still got to go, or how difficult it might be. This is an event where your running ability is not important. Enjoying the space you're in, taking your time to get the distance covered and being part of a team is much more important than overall performance.
